A group of 52 people from both science and policy making created a list with essential questions to address to improve the effectiveness of science based decision making.

After all the commotion in the Cambridge Union last week when Dominique Strauss-Kahn came to the Union to talk about economics it might be nice for people to see the actual talk and see that what he says does make sense. Coca Cola and Pepsi will change the recipe in California because according to new legislation they would have to put a "cancer warning" on their packaging because of the amount of 4-methylimidazole in the drinks. Though both the companies and FDA claim it is nearly impossible to drink the amount of coke to get in the danger zone.
